Refunds

All orders are custom orders that we don’t offer refunds on. In the event that there is damage to the photo please read below. You will receive a preview and grade of your photo before its printed.

Damaged Product in Shipping

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please send us an email with pictures to nick@pixelproprints.com so we can submit a claim to our shipping provider. PLEASE SAVE ALL YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We will need all original packaging so that our shipper can pick up. Once we receive the pictures we will immediately put your re-print into production.

Reprints

We can only reprint the original image submitted. If you feel we messed up the process in anyway.

Shipping Charge

Unless the print has a defect you will be responsible for the return costs to Pixel Pro Prints. If the print is defective other than the reasons listed below, we will send you a return label to send the print back to us.

Product Limitations

Please understand that while we strive for perfection in all of our prints some prints will have slight imperfections that are out of our control, see below regarding the imperfections of each media. Our premium products have certain characteristics and challenges by nature.

  • They sometimes can have slight raised bumps the size of a period that you can see at certain angles.
  • We cannot guarantee the color will match your monitor because each monitor is different.
  • Ours are professionally calibrated along with our printers to assure colors are as close to perfect as possible.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Cancellations can be made up to approval of preview and payment is made. After that, no changes or cancellations can be done. No refunds once payment is made.
